5. ORDERING ONLINE AND PROTECTION OF THE CONSUMER

Ordering products from our e-shop conclude to a binding contract of sale from distance, which is governed by the legal framework of L. 2251/1994 (as it applies today) and the amendments referred to the PD 131/2003 (GG A’ issue 116/16.05.2003).

The user has the right to conclude to a valid order through the e-shop, as long as he has legal capacity to do so in compliance with the provisions of the Greek Civil Code (provided that he/she has reached eighteen years of age and that he is not subject to judicial support to the sales contract. Orders could also be placed by legal representatives. Ode to pomegranate Company reserves the right to claim from the guardian the return of any orders to be carried out by contractual incapable persons.

6. OTHER INFORMATION

Force Majeure: If for any reason of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes etc) we are not able to deliver your order within the forgone time, we will inform you via e-mail, in order to inform us whether you want your delivery to be completed under those circumstances. Ode to pomegranate Company bears no responsibility for any situation out of its own liability and will do anything humanly possible for your own best favor. In cases that you have applied for an electronic order and upon delivery you realize that any of the product (or products) is missing, according to your initial order, please contact us to arrange all the parameters needed and send you the products that you did not receive at no extra charge.

Modification of terms. Ode to pomegranate reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of trades. The company is obliged to inform the present text for any change or addendum to be done to the terms and conditions. In case of no delivery of the products you have ordered (and if long unjustified time has passed since you applied for your order), please contact a representative of www.ode.global

RETURN POLICY

If you are a consumer and your purchase is intended for personal use and not for the service of your individual activity, then you have the right to withdraw within 14 calendar days, returning the product to us. The right of withdrawal is valid as long as the product is in its original condition and the return is made with your own means and costs within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal (either you return it or send it by a carrier). Once the return is approved, we will refund you in full the price you paid for the specific purchase, in the same way you paid it.

Terms and conditions for exercising the Right of Withdrawal
You can exercise the right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) calendar days from the receipt of the product so that it is considered timely and does not need any additional justification from you.
In case of valid exercise of the right of withdrawal, the condition for the return is that the product is in its original condition, that the packaging is intact.
